If you have hundred reasons to be sick you can just have a single reason to live healthy. always search for that reason throughout your life and never deviate from it once you find it. This is the only thing that will keep you going in life, may be not happily but fully alive. Its okay to fall but never ever you feel lazy or afraid to get up.

A mental illness can affect you in various ways making it difficult to act normal or cop up with day to day life. It is nothing to be ashamed of. Mental health is very much similar to physical health. It does not come targeting a community of people; even a brightest star can go through such a phase and it is nothing to be afraid of. You never know, even a person smiling happily in a broad light may be crying in dark.
