Multitasking is never a good idea; it will crush your creativity. When you’re multitasking, you can never give your best effort. Even if you have a busy day, try breaking down your tasks into smaller, more manageable pieces. Make a schedule and stick to it; I assure you that you will not be complaining about your hectic schedule.

Working without a strategy is a foundation for failure. Many people procrastinate primarily due to a lack of job discipline; they do not consider pre-planning. Make a schedule for your activities that you can stick to. If you have a proper channel, it will boost your focus and provide a more favorable working environment for you.

When I’m too lazy to work, I stuff myself with extra work and assign deadlines to each portion. So that I keep reminding myself of the time constraint and stay focused on my work without distractions. However, you should not overload the slot without any breaks. Make time for yourself as well. You will be more productive as a result, without compromising your creative mindset.

E) Reward yourself after every tasks:

After completing each activity or assignment, you should reward yourself with something that perfectly complements your interest. You could have ice cream or order a pizza or may be go on a drive. You may be wondering how rewarding oneself has anything to do with increased productivity and less procrastination. The answer is simple: whenever you reward yourself with something, even a small amount of enjoyment can bring delight to your soul. It will continue to motivate you, resulting in improved performance.
